Becky King's consultation services for behavioral health organizations include: 

Initial Phone Consultation: Review organizational needs, and goals

Organizational Consultation: Meet with organizational leadership to identify needs, challenges, opportunities and desired outcome for consultation services 

Meeting with Staff and Key Stakeholders:  

Meet with staff and key stakeholders to identify needs, challenges and opportunities

Action Plan:  Develop an action plan to develop consultation activities and services

Report: Prepare a report with key findings and recommendations    

Follow up:  Follow up with the organization to provide ongoing technical assistance as needed 

Becky King has a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Utah and been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Utah since 1999.  She has also been providing clinical supervision since 2001. Her services include:  

Clinical Supervision:

Becky King provides leadership coaching for individuals seeking to improve their leadership skills. Her services include:

Coaching Meetings:   Coaching meetings are provided virtually through Zoom, which are tailored to meet the needs of the individual.   The frequency of the coaching sessions are based on a plan developed between the individual and Becky King.
